Bonus Pack 2 and 3 problems : Help me!!

Anyone could help me please? I've installed Bonus Pack 1,2 and 3. The installer work fine, but when I start MMF2, only extension from Bonus Pack 1 only be listed in Insert New Object dialog. Bonus Pack 2 and 3 are not listed! When I trying to open the example file included from Bonus Pack 2 and 3, a message box appear that say, "Cannot load timex.mfx","Cannot load kcfloop.mfx" etc.etc. What should I do? I'm using MMF2 build #241.

update your MMF build; most extensions won't work (or show up) on build 241
