I am having the same problem, i have PM'd Jaffob and just waiting on a reply.

Do the people who had difficulty with the original Advanced Comment Object get this problem?

Does the Beta Version in the File Archive make any difference?
I can see it and use it just fine (using the original version).
Oh and make a new icon for it because the current one is really bland :V
Maybe it only shows up if you have one of the Visual C++ runtimes installed?
Jaffob, which version of Visual C++ did you use to compile the extension?
2008 I think. I know I have the newest version of Visual Studio.
