A question about Screen Capture

Ok, I was looking at the screen capture object. I looked at the help file and it said something about there being a conversion tool that would convert a string of bitmaps to an AVI, FLI, or GIF. It said you could find the conversion tool in the extensions folder. When I looked it wasn't there. Can anyone help?

Also, is there a way to update an active picture? With what I was doing, I had to destroy and re-create the picture to get the next picture that I wanted it to show.
