OINC Completely Failing To Work

Those errors are caused by the currently broken UDP implementation, but they shouldn't stop OINC from working. I do have a new build, and once I have ironed out any issues and gotten POINC updated to the same version, I will release it here. I can't give an exact guess at when it will be done, because something always postpones it. Soon!
