Creating multilevel BD menus in BD Fusion

Radio buttons for our menus have four unique states to represent if the button is highlighted and also if that option is switched on. So these are commonly used to indicate to a user what language option the disc is currently set to. The four states are:
-normal, unselected
-highlighted, unselected
-normal, selected
-highlighted, selected

Sorry if I sound like an idiot here, but I keep seeing "BDFusion" around the forums, what is it?

BD Fusion is like Multimedia Fusion but allows you to create content for Blu-ray such as games or menus.

It's also not sold by Clickteam themselves, and much more expensive than MMFusion.
