Data shows that iPhone and Android are gaining share while everyone else is losing it.

With Android OS based on java technology, many handsets coming in the next 12 months, and a marketplace still needing some great apps (vs iPhone which is already overflowing) I personally think Android will be one of largest opportunities for MMF. However, Android Java is not Java ME compatible and would require its own run-time.
Bumping this topic! Please, Clickteam, make this runtime!

"All applications are written using the Java programming language."
Francois, what is the possibility of getting this runtime for sale soon?
Working on it right now. Should be finished soon. You'll have a beta version sometimes in summer.
Wow, great news! :O A whole bunch of runtimes coming up in the summer.. :)
For MMF3 it should be different. There is just the normal runtime and you can download plugins for MMF3(such as alternate build types). This would help with the paying for Flash thing; you would just need to buy a plugin.
Not sure I understand thats how future MMF2 runtimes like Android, Flash and any others will be. You can purchase those export plugins separately and they will not be part of the core MMF product.
The Java and Blackberry runtimes are being provided at no cost and built into the core product to make it easier for the users.
