Jaffob didn't you say it was also going to create system balloons as well?

Jaffob if you end up making one, def. add a system balloon if you could!

I am currently in the process of making a widget that will let you use balloon popups. ;)

I'm just curious to see how easy / painful it would be to talk to windows for a system balloon

I'm basically done with the object and it's under some private testing. It does support balloons, as Crazy_Ivan requested.
