Does Clickteam plan to continue to support Vitalize? Or, when the Java porting is complete, is the plan to eliminate it?

Its currently in discussion.
While I am a hardcore Vitalize supporter - In all honestly Java Applets and Flash applications are really more "standard" for web deployment.
No one wants to install a plug in with all the associated problems that can come with those -- IE other plug ins that install garbageware and adware.
I am also a hardcore Vitalize supporter and my recent experiences with the new Java runtime has just made me more hardcore. So, I would hope that Clickteam would continue to support the Vitalize plugin.

I dont really realized the difference between Java, and Vitalize.
Could someone tell me this?
In the end Java applets and Flash should do everything Vitalize can do but not require a proprietary plug in.
Vitalize is still useful, but I think when the Flash runtime comes everyone will switch to using that.
Zabooza, Vitalize allows programs made with Click software to run in browsers as a plugin, Java is quite a whole programming language (and the MMF runtime can compile to many different versions). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Java_(programming_language) The thing about Java though is that it is cross platform; it can be ran on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Vitalize is only available on Windows.
Oh ok.
A. How do the different versions of Java
B. In Flash, will we be able to use vector images?
A. Seriously, you don't know what runtimes are? You have 810 posts, more than me, you should know this by now.
B. Directly and right away not likely.
I know what runtimes are, you just said that java has multiple runtimes.
Does each Java runtime accomplish something different?
Each Java runtime is for specific uses.
For example the Java applet is for embeding on a webpage
A Java Application is similar to a stand alone exe
An interesting one is the Java webstart where its a bit like a hybrid between the application and applet.
Then you have Java mobile for mobile devices.
