Add more icons to compiled exe file?

I'd been hoping that MMF2 Dev would allow you to add more icons to the exe file such as programs like IE and DLL files. Would I need to add icon files to the binary data? If so this would be a bit of a downside, as I'd prefer to edit the new icons the same way as the main app icon.
