OINC Tic-Tac-Toe

Here is a simple OINC example. I tried to comment everything... I hope it is helpful to someone.

Oops... I just noticed in the screenshot that the vs. names are changing when they shouldn't be... it should be "Bart vs. Lisa", "Lisa vs. Bart", and "Game in Progress".

I guess I messed something up when I went back through and commented everything. :P If I find the problem, I'll re-upload. :(

Well, I tried some things and was able to keep it from putting the observer's name into the vs. text in the title, BUT... now for some reason when the observer disconnects in the middle of a game, it is changing the vs. text to something like "Bart vs. " - I dunno why.

First make sure to only remove the other player's name from the vs if it's the one you're actually playing against and not just an observer. ;)
