I want to make a game where you have to direct objects to places. I want to make it so when you click on an object and drag, a line is created in the path of your mouse. How would I do this and then make it so the object goes along the line?
Thanks

I'd imagine that the advance path object would be good for this sort of thing, but I haven't taken the time to learn how to use it yet, so here is my method:

Thanks that works great! Do you know how I would make it so when it is going along the line it changed the direction to what direction it was travelling in?
EDIT: Never mind!
Thankyou very much!
I played with it (aimlessly) a bit more...

Now, I'm thinking an electrician type of game, where you gotta wire everything so that the electricity reaches a destination(s), but must avoid certain traps - water, kite string, etc. xD
LOL - I dunno... maybe not.
Why not? Its the simple games that can be so damn addicting!
I can back that statement up: Hills and Balls, Line Rider, ect.
PONG! :D
