Hi,i was just wondering how i would go about making a character throw an object in a platform game much in the same way some secondary items like the axe in castlevania are thrown - by that i mean there is no complex targeting involved the player simply throws the object at a predetermined angle and/or distance - oh and they don't need to bounce or anything like that the projectile basically falls off the screen.
I was initally going to use the pinball movement for this but there are issues with scrolling so...
Any help would be appreciated
