File transfer

Sorry if this question has been discused in the past already. But I don't have any clue how to send a file via Lacewing, using stack. Is there any good tutorial or could somebody explain the steps to do it?

LB did a program called Filesender with OINC. Download the source here and use the OINC --> Lacewing patcher to convert it to Lacewing, as OINC is no longer supported. You can get Lacewing and the patcher here.
