requirements for releasing programs with reg. mmf?

I can't seem to find the logo/crediting requirements to release games made with the non-developer's edition of mmf2. I remember finding them before, but now I can't find them. I remember I need the logo on the case, the CD, and in the program, but I can't remember the specifics.

Sorry I misunderstood your question. I believe there is a runtime agreement on CD2.
