SWF exporter licence query
My school has a site licence for MMF2, and we have just purchased a single licence for the SWF exporter which is for my use only.
My question is, can I legitimately install the exporter on my desktop PC at work and also on my work laptop? I can only use one of them at a time, and it would be helpful for developing educational aids for the students if I could use my desktop PC during the day and then take my laptop home in the evenings.
Thanks in advance.
Re: SWF exporter licence query
I believe the policy is providing it's only you using it, Clickteam don't mind.
Re: SWF exporter licence query
With MMF is something like you can install on how many computers as you want, if they are yours and if you will be using only one instance of MMF at time, so with Flash runtime (which is only addon for MMF) should be the same thing.
Re: SWF exporter licence query
You can run several instances in several computers simultaneously, as long as you are the only person working on it.

You're welcome, but I'm not 100% certain of that. It's what the agreement seems to say.
It's probably that, though. The contract mentions you can install it on multiple machines, but never mentions multiple instances at once. I guess they would be OK too, since not everyone has multi-monitor support.
Re: SWF exporter licence query
I dont really know why you would want multiple instances at the same time.... but still.. lol

I often do that:
Open my notebook and load up an example or some of my old applications
and open my main computer and start making something new based on the other code
This way I don't have to alt-tab all the time.
