MMf2 - Hwa on Thinkpad x60s?

Hi everyone. I just got my x60s from lenovo (ibm). A nice sub notebook BUT some hwa effects dont work (lens, blending,...). I have direct x 9 installed and the book is using this onboard grafics card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 - 128 MB onboard Grafik

is the 950 too slow / old for some hwa effects?

Perhaps that onboard graphics card does not support pixel shaders?

I have a computer with this card. It is so bad that it cannot even support high vga resolutions.
probably has pixel shader 1.4 only.
