lacewing server extension

Sorry to keep asking questions, but I'm making some real progress with lacewing. It seems more intuitive than Mooclick was.

For the lacewing server extension, does that allow you to control parts of the lacewing server(like an admin option) running outside of the application or is it the actual server? If it’s the server, is it set up the way the other server is by default?

OK so it is a full fledged server and it looks like you have to enable the conditions at the start of the frame.
