Is it plausible to register the demo version?

I've purchased MMF2, but I've lost the CD. Knowing that there was a demo on this website, I downloaded it, intending to register it. Is it possible to register the demo version? If so, will registering the demo version give me the full version, or are they two separate programs? If it is impossible or they are two separate programs, is it possible to download the full version for registration? If so, where?
