Ok, just to confirm that this bug has apparently been fixed on Mochimedia's end, because I too got it working now (at least for one game).

They still have a bug on their end with setting up leaderboard...if you select transparent, it goes back to color anyway. It annoys me that you have to edit it just to make it transparent >:(
