Hello Francois, how are you? The code is simple without extensions, the sprites are large and heavy (one of my educational applications). But it seems that there is a limit, if you separate the scenes build the SWF without problems, but if you let it create a complete SWF, built to 0 kb file.
How are you going with the creation of IOS exporter?

To see your problem, we would need your program. 128 megs is a lot, but it is the only solution.

Ok I have compiled your application by hand, and the compiler returns an Our of memory error.
So I guess there IS a memory limit to the size of the application. I do not know after which size it starts to make an error.
Anyway, a 130Mb Flash application is really too big to download I think.

My idea with this is to create a SWF of that size, is unthinkable. I did so to prove, as this tool and if memory limits, because if this application size can give us a game for IPAD which has a resolution of 1024 * 768 or even the same iphone 4 or New Ipod Touch holding the Retina screen, with resolutions higher than 480 * 320 pixels.
In conclusion I am thinking ahead Exporter Iphone ...
iPhone or iPad doesn't run flash, so I don't see the problem with memory limits coming from the flash exporter side of things?
