Just that really... how will fonts be handled?

You just set the font of the objects as you do usually It might be buggy in this version
OK, great :) For reference, as Apple apparently helpfully don't list this anywhere (according to many blogs on the subject at least) here is the list of installed fonts on iOS:
- American Typewriter
- American Typewriter Condensed
- Arial
- Arial Rounded MT Bold
- Courier New
- Georgia
- Helvetica (the system UI uses this almost everywhere)
- Marker Felt
- Times New Roman
- Trebuchet MS
- Verdana
- Zapfino
I have compiled a set of all of the iPhone fonts, in Windows ttf format. A few of these are copyrighted so this is not for general distribution. That said, if you own a valid copy of OS X Leopard you already have licences included in that to use the copyrighted fonts.
