This is because the .sol file is stored in different directories by the main app and the sub-app. And there's nothing you can do about it now. What you call "re-initializing" the ini file actually creates a new one and instructs the runtime to look in it instead of the other one.Quote:

But the only reply I got from CT was that they need their flash programmer to look into the issue. That was well over a moth ago.
