On both games I am creating, the app freezes when I try to exit them using the App Exit event (IPod 3gen).

im not sure iphone games are meant to have an exit option, the user usually will press the home button when the want to quit.
This is not clear to me since multitask. But prior to IOS4, exiting an application was forbidden by Apple.
I've never seen an application that could quit itself before.
Ok, so with multitasking the device will kill the app if there's a lack of resources. And you're not allowed to do it yourself by pressing a button labeled, say, "Quit Game", right?
Yesz, I think no quit button in IPhone apps.
