Shake action
I was sure that I'd seen this mentioned at some point on the forum before, but I can't see it in a search - is there a condition, or a generally accepted method, to detect the device being shaken? I thought that I would find it in the accelerometer controls, but didn't see a way of doing it instantly, though I imagine it might be possible to do it by detecting for the acceleration in any direction going rapidly back and forth.

Re: Shake action
There probably should be a shake option. Good catch..
Question is, do the Ipods support this as well? I've seen it on the phones when you are playing music.

Re: Shake action
If you mean Ipod touch and Iphone, yes all touch devices can use a "Shake" Feature as well as the Ipod Nanos

Re: Shake action
Well the "Shake" feature I mean is as a form of input, You are correct, That I don't believe you can "shake" your playlist with Touch or Iphone.

Re: Shake action
Yes, I mentioned it because it's part of the API... somewhere (and is in the options for the simulator). It's not exactly something I'm in desperate need of at the moment, but it would be nice to have!
