Some action to launch an external Internet site (executing the browser), like the one we have in the Flash object.
Useful for Lite version when you can add a "Buy the full game" link somewhere in a (group of) frame(s).
+1 for Box2D. Everyone loves Physics games!
Here's my updated wish list:
Gesture object
ForEach object
Character Image object
+1 for Character image object! Would be awesome since string manipulation seems to cause a lot of slowdown :(
Man, I've just noticed that Apple has a category for Game Center apps, so imho +1 (million) for this object :)
I cannot find a way to open the AppStore nor the browser from within a MMF game.
So it would be great to have an object that allow us either to open the appstore in the device or open the device's defaulkt browser to go to iTunes page.
This could help in the case of Lite versions, where you can then add an hyperlink reference to the full version "Buy The Full Version", "Unlock All Features", and so on, you got the idea ...
The XCode's organizer only shows the short version string of an app/game (ie: "1.0"), and the one we set in MMF is the long one (ie: "1.0.0.0"). So in order to view it you have to manually insert the property "bundle versions string, short" into the XCode project to then set its value.
It would be great if that property gets automatically set by MMF just taking into account the first two parts of the long version. I'm not saying that MMF should have a new property field for us to edit, but instead, based on the existing one, it takes care of the creation of the short version and its value when exporting the XCode project.
It would be handy to know when Apple won't return an impression to an iAds request, so that we can show "inHouse ads", instead.
It occurs that Game Maker games always have iAds or admob is that caused by the fact that they've got paid versions as well?
It's support question to BHGames proposition.
