On the topic of using MMF2 for online games
I posted a thread similar to this a while ago, but I just wanted to ask again.
Lets say I have a variable, like for example, a string that represents what a person wants to say. Is there a way, in an MMF2 .exe application, that I could send a piece of information to a server, and, this cancels out mooclick and moogame, that has a NAME, that another separate .exe of that same game could access? As in, set user message A to "__". Don't suggest lacewing, either. If there are any other solutions that don't involve massive coding/scripting, I would be very happy if you could leave a post.

If you don't want to use MooClick or Lacewing, or scripting (needed for using the Get object) you're a bit out of options.

Curious, why do you not want to use lacewing? It's probably your best option.

interested as to why he says "Don't suggest lacewing, either." - no reason specified? Lacewing is useful for creating online games...
Re: On the topic of using MMF2 for online games
Only reason I can see for not using Lacewing is either they have the demo version or a non-legit copy and can't upgrade to the latest version that Lacewing needs to run.
It's absolutely the best option right now for online stuff in my opinion.
