Anyone here have any idea of when click team is releasing the iphone run time? a couple of buddies and i are making up an app team and were waiting on the arrival :/ I heard some rumor that it was coming before xmas but i havent heard anay word about it since
Sorry no one really knows inside or outside of Clickteam - It all depends on how the testing is going.
Its appears to be getting close to the final round of testing and the last few bugs to iron out, but who knows something could always pop up.
You probably have to wait till christmas 2011 and it's probably for the best because I'd rather have the version with no bugs.

on the same note, is the Iphone run time expected to be compatible with hwa? that's really important to me
If there is not bugs, there is no progress. When ever it's released, it will be a great product, as Clickteam has always done in the past, but there will be, as with any software, parts that don't work as intended. As always, they will be fixed.
Heck the product I am using right now has bugs, I still make what I want, I just find the work around.
For example. The Flash MP3 object had some issues, I wrote an entire program around them then found the object had been updated and some of the issues I was having were fixed (thank you by the way). So I started over. lol :)
If there is an option to have MMF3 with bugs and I can get my hands on it b4 the MMF3 bugless version comes out, SIGN ME UP!

im more interested if the iphone exporter will work with regular mmf2 or will it require the use of the dev edition.
Will this make difference? You'll have to spend much more than upgrading MMF2 with Mac hardware, app license, Iphone etc.Quote:

true. wouldn't work out as expensive as having to purchase mmf dev, a mac and a iphone though.

For me right now, iPhone runtime isn't viable as I lack a Mac, so I'm looking more interested in the Android runtime :)
