Help with popcorns body parts tutorial

Im trying to do the bodyparts tutorial done by popcorn but i am stuck in the first part where you should insert the following in the event editor:

Allways
Head: Set Y position to Y Top ("Body")
Head: Set X position to X("body)
Head: Set angle to 20*Sin(Sine counter("Head")) (Quality = 0)
Head: Add value("Counter_speed") to Sine counter

I have done this but the caracters head just spinns around its axis very very fast. If i decrease the 20*sine counter to for example 1* the head spins slower.. what am i doing wrong?

I solved it now! if someone can explain the "Sin" thing though it would be helpfull! :)
