Ok, this is important to know:
1) The iAds services is only available in a few countries so far: http://developer.apple.com/iad/ (read "Expanding Around The World"),
2) If you receive "Test Ads" on the device, your app/game should work ok with Live iAds,
3) If you are in one of the supported countries and in one app you don't receive an iAd, take into account that sometimes the fillrate is low (that is that in that precise moment the number of ads campains Apple must deliver is low), so eventually you will receive an add,
4) Some devs use "house ads" when Apple doesn't return an add: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3361464/can-not-see-iad-in-program
Hope this info help.
Btw, is there a way to know with MMF that Apple will not return an iAd to a request? That would be great for us to show inHouse ads, instead.

Of course it helps! Thanks for letting me know. The banner will only be shown on the last frame. Did you install the app for the first time? Or updated from v1.0?
For those in the US market, I need someone to fight a troll that claims that the app won't install (what's false since it has passed the review process ok). I mean, it would be awesome if someone posted a 4+ review saying it installs ok, it fakes a windows crash on iOS, it's funny, etc.

So far I know that those that have installed the app for first time (v1.1) do see iAds, so what I need to confirm is:
1) whether those that have upgraded from the previous version to v1.1 do now see iAds, and
2) whether those still having v1.0 (that is, that haven't upgraded yet) do now see iAds.
Anyone?

I updated it from 1.0 and now I also got iADS so we can say that it works.

I can now confirm that for countries with iAds service the number of impressions relative to requests is really low.
Has anyone else with a game published -that supports iAds- experienced something similar?

iAds is all about getting as many people to download your game as possible and then the conversion rate.
I dont know the number of downloads you have got, but were talking downloads in the 10's of thousands probably...before you get any reasonable click through.
If you've had a few hundred downloads, then thats probably the problem :D

For what I have researched on the Internet I guess they deliver ads on a constant basis to most popular apps/games.
