Resize Gamescreen from the top.

I have a question about resizing the gamesize.

Is it possible If I resized a game that is 460 by 460 to 460 width and 320 height without the bottom being resized but instead the top gets smaller. hmmm Dont know how to put this in proper words.

Now when you resize a game the dot line at the bottom will resize and I want the top to be resized downwards.

Is it possible?

From what I understand you're looking to a command similar to changing the canvas size (using anchors) under Photoshop:

This isn't possible I think, but could be a nice addition.
