Conflict between MMF2 and Developer trial?

I'm a registered owner of MMF2 and I'm reading Jason Darby's Windows Developer Guide. The CD contains a trial of Developer. Before I install the trial, is there any conflict problem with having both programs installed at the same time?

I used the MMF Dev and the MMF2 Trial without conflicts.

For safety I suggest putting them in different folders.
Other then that there shouldn't be any problems at all.
