Since installing BETA 5 I am now producing this error on every test.

All my previous android apps won't launch and none of my proper apps/games will run for a test either.
A few specs for you:
Windows XP SP2
Athlon x64 LE-1640 (2.6ghz)
2GB Ram
Onboard ATI Radeon 3100 (512mb)
PCI-E ATI Radeon 4670 (1GB)
No Crossfiring.
