One tip which made it slightly easier for me: a shared folder in the home network to skip the usb stick part by building the MMF2 project zip/cci file directly onto the shared folder. One second and it's unzippable on the Mac. :)

An easy solution if you cant setup the network, is to use dropbox. You just copy the file in the PC folder to transfer it to the Mac.

About transporting your file between your PC and Mac, I use Dropbox. It keeps folders in sync on all your computers and on the net. Look it up, it's incredibly useful and invaluable for backing stuff up. If dropbox takes too long to upload (if the file is particularly large) I use the network; my MMF projects folder is shared.
