Hi, I just had the same problem with another shader in MMF! This is weird. Works fine for me with the replacer shader - must be an MMF bug :(

What operating system are you trying this on? I am running this on a Windows XP Service Pack 2...but I also have a laptop with Windows 7 Home and will see if the same problem exists. By the way none of the HWA effects allow me to change effect parameters, nor can I make changes to the additional effects within the display properties window, including the shader you just gave me ;-;
If it is a bug in MMF I hope that it gets fixed soon :)
[EDIT]: I tried this on my Win7 laptop (running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS on a 2.2 GHz Dual Core processor).
Older laptop is Windows XP SP2 with a single core 1.6 GHz processor (for software compatibility)
