Check VRAM usage?

I'm just onedooring whether anyone knows what the Mega Bytes being displayed in that bar means when you test your game:

Is it normal RAM? Is it VRAM? Just wondering, cause when my project will get huge (I'm making a 720p game) I'd like to be able to keep an eye on my VRAM usage (probably want to keep it under 128/256mb to allow for lots of computers).

I think it's both normal RAM and VRAM (I'm not 100% sure though).

EDIT: in fact it's probably only normal RAM.
