It works fine ..It stays in the selected language even after closing and re-opening..AND if I create a simple 2 frame MFA with just a few Ini commands it works fine in Flash, BUT something about my game file works fine on PC and IOS but fails in Flash. :(
I need someone knowlegable enough to see what about my game is not working with Flash..I'm trying but no luck at all so far.
I understand your frustration, I also have had issues when converting to Flash, some events just don't translate well. Maybe if you post your file we can look at it. Make a special version removing graphics and password protecting non-ini related code if you don't like to share your actual application and maybe we can help.
Also try to code your whole game using global events (if possible) fixing problems is easier that way.
I already sent to Francois...Let's hope he can solve the mystery. It would take a ton of work to gut out the no INI stuff, and its a commercial game I'm making for a paying client....

Not "START", STAR..is one STAR showing per level? Because I've run other peoples flash games which use INI, and it works fine in my browsers, but my game does NOT. Are you really seeing one STAR per level?
Yes! I get one star per level. This is why I think it is on your machine only. To see Flash parameter interface, right click on your app when it is running and choose GLobal parameter. You will have a page presenting the local storage parameters.

I've done so, everything on all my browsers is set to allow cookies and to allow local storage. When other users send me links to their Flash games to try, it their games saving and loading works on my system, in the same browers which my game fails on. :(
Also, when I make a super simple 2 frame app in MMF whicch saves and loads a little bit of data IT ALSO WORKS FINE ON MY SYSTEM.. BUT my game fails.
Can you tell me which browser you're using?

The build 254 introduced a fix for the INI object under the Flash runtime:
If you are using key names with space characters, try removing them.Quote:

THANK YOU OLIVIER! I simply updated to build 254 and the latest flash runtime build and now it works perfectly in all my browsers!
