Possible new extension in the making

Hey fellow clickers.
I feel I've been dormant for far too long here so I took the initiative to learn not only EDIF by how to use it to create iOS Extensions with the iOS SDK.
There was a little simple feature I saw missing from MMF2 iOS, which is the ability to simply create a message box for the user to see.
A Screenshot is provided below to show you that I managed to make an MMF2 App show a message in the iOS Simulator :)

Hopefully this means I can also create the Email Extension I really wanted to create.

cool - could you use this concept to trigger the "rate my app out of five stars" message that ties into the appstore?

Anyway some of MMF games already display such windows like Plasmatron. So you're sure it's not available?

If you can link me to an existing extension then I'll stop but I haven't been able to find it yet

As for a Rate This App object, you can use the Q&A object to get a popup message box, then use the URL action of the iOS object to link to your rate/review page on iTunes. An object that lets you change the message and options at runtime would be very welcome I'm sure!

rather than linking the user to a page where they might not do anything it would be much more usefull to literally let them rate the app out of five from within the app.

Apple do not allow this directly.

a couple months ago i saw someone posting on this forum that you could insert a line of code into xcode that would cause a "rate my app out of five" dialog box to appear...anyone remember ths?
