Even if i check 'no color reduction' for the big animation at start (to avoid too much compression)
the loading time dont change. :(

What size have the final apk, if in this case there is not much reduction, no time is gain. (here i recommend you a software (oldie one) Movie to AGif 1.0 http://www.evanolds.com/movtogifsimple.html)

this is because the time to load the image is bigger than the compression. for sure (any difference in time using compression and not using it?)

Yes it will be!, sure that James is working in something!, maybe he can come with a preloader feature (just to post an image and a bar showing progress) let the user see that a loading process in undergoing, this is because the android´s devices are very different in features and specification between them.
