Hi! I've finished the first part of conversation from my ios-app "Hirter Beer" to Android ;)
But i have just a samsung galaxy to test - could you please give my app a try on your phones?

Have you expierienced a Long loading Time at Start up?
My Samsung Galaxy Takes 12 sec to Show the Start Animation
yes, it takes almost 13 seconds in my gtablet.
just to know how big in bytes are the bottle and the first animation?
The jpg sequence is 8mb in size. I droped it into an active obj.
Is there a Way to Speed this up?!
i donīt know, but hopefully James will come with one big improvement in the next beta.
my guess is that the images and animations are inside the files (compressed or embedded) and needs to be extracted and after that loaded, that takes time!.
edit: make a clone of your application and set to 64k colors and see if it gain some speed.
Quite astonishing what this exporter is being used for already! I'll see if I can do anything about the loading time.

Even if i check 'no color reduction' for the big animation at start (to avoid too much compression)
the loading time dont change. :(

What size have the final apk, if in this case there is not much reduction, no time is gain. (here i recommend you a software (oldie one) Movie to AGif 1.0 http://www.evanolds.com/movtogifsimple.html)

this is because the time to load the image is bigger than the compression. for sure (any difference in time using compression and not using it?)

Yes it will be!, sure that James is working in something!, maybe he can come with a preloader feature (just to post an image and a bar showing progress) let the user see that a loading process in undergoing, this is because the androidīs devices are very different in features and specification between them.
