Haha really it lets you take pictures in your app and show the pictures.
The iOS WebView object, which is a non Dev-only extension by jjsonick (see http://community.clickteam.com/showthread.php?t=65895&highlight=webview), allows you to embed online content via iOS's built-in UIWebView component. With this extension you can embed a hosted video which will be streamed to your app: just direct it to the video's sharing url.
It's perfectly working with Dailymotion content. I didn't test it with Youtube content but it should work.

iOS Video is in the standard package for MMF2Dev. You should find it in the "iOS" objects category.

I did a little searching the forums and found out its still apart of the iOS beta plugin, so it must not be included by default yet.
If I remember well, you have to record your licence number on this site, and then in the special forum "Owners Lounge for iOS Exporter" you'll find the beta version of the iOS Exporter which includes the iOS Video extension.
