I think it's the make of my computer. It's a brand new Samsung laptop. But, my old Samsung laptop had the same issue. MuddyMole reported his computer wouldn't register Up+Down+Right, yet would register other 3 key combinations. Either way, thank you everybody.

Ah, laptop keyboards are terribly inclined to not allow many multiple keypresses. That's the problem. Also, most older PS/2 keyboards also don't like registering more than 2 cursor keys. COuld have been his issue.
This is all about keyboard limitations, though. MMF2 has no problem accepting input when there is input to be had.
