Thanks danworth, but it doesn't work neither...
If someone has already succeed in getting picture from the iphone camera (with a camera by ip app), it will be great to share the solution :)

You could try the Microsoft Web Browser ActiveX. That will most likely load the site.
Already tried, but the same...
The activex should give the same result as using internet explorer if browsing to http://192.168.0.40:8080/ works.
You should just need to set "custom actions" - "part #1" - "navigate" - "http://192.168.0.40:8080/" at the start of the frame.
I've just done that with my CCTV camera and it worked with no problems.
Yes, I know how the activeX works but it didn't work when I tried it.
Btw, I guess that the web object uses the ie object too.
When I put the adress in ie or firefox, it works perfectly though... I just don't understand!
Maybe your software firewall blocking outbound access for your application. This wouldn't be standard configuration though, but some sw firewalls have profiles that trust nothing. So its possible. Could try disabling your software firewall temporarily to rule it out.
OK I give up, it doesn't work neither...
iosconstruct, post the HTML source code for the generated page at port 8080... we may be able to sort it from that.
There's none source code, the line is disabled :/
