Tides NSW
Hi everyone, so here is my Tide Prediction application for NSW, Australia.
I'm guessing for 99% of people here this wont be applicable, but if you could give me some feedback on design, UI, performance or any problems with your device that would be GREAT!
Have only been able to test it on a couple of devices, and each one i did test it on there was problems! so im guessing theres bound to be more with different android versions/makes/resolutions etc.
Anyway here it is:

Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated!

Really cool!
I would love an app like this for my area of the world. I have one tide app I use for scuba diving but its always nice to have a few different sources of information and display.
I'll download yours and see if I have any comments - from the screen shots the interface looks nice.

Thanks Jeff! Any feedback would be great.
I'm very much into fishing (as you can tell by the fishing tips lol), so i thought what better than to combine two hobbies of mine :)

This is the one I use on Android:

I do kinda like the graphical representation of the tide height they have.
Less thinking for me -- Can just look and get a feel of the strength of the predicted current and when high and low slack is.
You have the same info -- just raw numbers cause me to think more :)
Perhaps that's a good thing fire up the old brain to run the numbers.
Edit -- Congrats on already having 500-1000 installs!
Your app must be very popular with Fisherman in the area!
I facebooked the app - I do hope you continue to expand this out to more areas if possible.

Wow! thanks alot for that Jeff, very much appreciated!
Making a graph has been something I've been wanting to implement, as you said its alot easier to figure out what the current tide is doing, but i haven't quite figured out how yet lol (my mathematic skills aren't the best).
If i can implement one, without causing much of a performance drop, then its something I'll be trying to do.
Thanks, again!
