New to iOS??????
New to iOS:)
OK, I have the iOS exporter and a iPad mini. What and how do I get the test games to the iPad to test it? Do I need to install anything on the iPad to get this work? Is there a link here on the site on how this is completed? I did save the test game to my desktop in a zip file,...(Xcode project).
Thank you for any help,
John

You will need a Mac as well. Do you have a mac?
Run Xcode on the mac and open your project. You can run the app using the simulator.
To test on your device you first have to get yourself an Apple developer account. After you've done that, you must register your device in the iOS dev center, create a certificate, app id and a provisioning profile, download it to the mac and drag it onto Xcode. Check this video for how to do that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6wHeh0f5vQ

Thanks Popcorn, no I don't have a Mac, I'll have to look into getting one. Maybe I can look on Craig's list for a used one. I want to get into iOS and put some of my games on the App Store. Thanks again for the details.
Edit: wow macs are expensive! This will have to wait awhile.

There are other ways to Mac it up, some even mentioned on this forum. I'm sure you can get something up and running anywhere from $0-$500. :)

Thank you! Looking into it. I should read more before doing. I have an iPad mini, but didn't know I needed a Mac and so on.
