Admob new Advertising ID
Hi,
From next August 1 Google Play will not accept any App with admod ads that does not integrate the new "Advertising ID".

The Admob Object not have implemented this new ID.
Is ClickTeam working on this issue?
The developers who will don't update their apps with ads will have a big problem, because by the end of year Google will delete all apps that will not updated.
This is information that I have after talking with an advisor from Google.

Google with this change is indirectly declaring the dead of android 2.2, since play services for 2.2 have been dropped last year.
in six month, is a short term for android 2.2 :(

Should be working I just rebuilt my game with Fernando's latest release and Admob works fine in it.
You just need to set your game to Android 2.3 or above (as far as I can understand)
Google is dropping 2.2 from Admob.

AdMob object for next official beta, will use the new method which involve Google Play Services instead of the Google ad Mob 6.4.1 sdk, google put a limit of August 2014 for this version.
i forgot the most important, yes is working so far i am testing here with a developer mfa and everything is working even with th old version should work.

ok, but if you use the control from runtime you don´t need the object, which is need it if you want more control, color, text, gender, etc.
About admob dashboard you are using the publisher ID which is not the one you need to use, you need to add your application and after add a new champaign in them , you can add several campaign in them, and each of one have a different "ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" (x are digits does not mean a field length) this are the number need inside the object

uh seems that i saw incorrectly the Ids THEY ARE OK, can you update to beta 8?

Trying to get this to work..
I am putting the Admob object on my frame, and I all need to fill out is the "ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" under Admob-ID
is that all I need?
From my understanding was that I can skip the Admob section in the project main settings, since I drop the object on the frame.
Is there anything else I need to do, since nothing is showing when I try it out ?
