Then why not a program like phonegap setup via web to compile your software and sign it via web? I honestly don't know why phonegap doesn't just setup a Mac and network it, then send the files over to compile, when complete move it to your account. Everyone says you need all this voodoo, why not setup a service to do the voodoo for you? Charge $5/yr and you may find the users will pay for the equipment.
