I think it is not possible. But i also think i read somewhere, that someone is working on a facebook extension.
If the camera or iOS extensions had functionality for screen capturing, maybe this would be possible. But right now you are out of luck. Maybe the Screen Capture object could be given iOS support. You should add it to the feature request section of Bug Tracker.
Well that sucks, well is it possible to make some type of share button, doesn't have to be a automatic screenshot, but with a custom image with there score on it?

mobichan - There is an iOS version of the Screen Capture object I made a while back. I also recently updated it for Fusion 2.5 which you can find here: http://community.clickteam.com/threads/88760-iOS-Screen-Capture-extension-v1-2-for-Fusion-2-5?highlight=screen+capture
Not sure if there's a better place to post where it will be easier to find ;)
As for the OP question, it should be possible to make an iOS Social extension for iOS 6.0+ but I don't know of a finished one yet, unfortunately!
