With mmf2 my .apk size was about 2Mb. I compile the same .mfa with Fusion, and the .apk is now about 3Mb..

Or is it possible that Ouya compatibility files have been included even if the ouya box is not checked ?

1.- Yes, include the physics that is attached to the runtime, that why is bigger also now the runtime is using Google play services and android support lib which make the compilation a little bigger.
2.- Partial Ouya code is needed inside the runtime (just 4Kb).
