Very weird joystick problem

Hello, I've recently run into a problem with gamepads. It all started after I installed drivers to use 360 wireless controllers. The 360 controllers work fine, but now when I plug in my old logitech controller it sets itself to player 2, even if there is no other gamepad in use. It's as if the player 1 slot is permanently reserved for a 360 controller. However, even when I uninstalled the 360 driver, my logitech controller still synced up to player 2.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
