When MFA (2.0/2.5) or CCA (1.5) or GAM (TGF) files are protected, it's because the creator has set to forbid it from opening in the editor when they exported it.
Sadly, there isn't a way to unlock protected files. You'll need to find the corresponding program that came with the disk (usually named the same but as an EXE -- such as Rsdelta.exe), but no version of Fusion will be able to open these files.
The older structure for exported GAM/CCA files looked like this:
game1.gam or game1.cca
game1.exe
uninstal.exe
I assume that's the same case with the Kilkdisc.
Thanks and yes I have played the exe file and its amazing I was hopping to peek at the events . Maybe I can find the developer in the forums
